Hong Kong fashion unit OLDSOILISM and local military uniform brand CLUB STUBBORN are collaborating for the first time to launch a military-themed collection. This new collection integrates the iconic elements of both brands, combining Eastern art with military style, and will be available in limited quantities at a pop-up store.
The inspiration for this collaboration comes from the P44 design used by the U.S. Marine Corps, known for its high functionality and large pocket design, providing ample storage space for soldiers to move with ease. CLUB STUBBORN's previous releases, the P44 Jacket and P44 Attachment, have been highly sought after. This collaboration builds on that foundation, incorporating OLDSOILISM's representative artwork "武松今晚打老虎 Wu Song Fights the Tiger Tonight" and utilising advanced printing techniques and intricate destruction craftsmanship to create a visually impactful design that seamlessly blends military elements with Eastern aesthetics. Other items in the collection include a non-distressed version of the P44 jacket and a co-branded embroidered faux two-sleeve washed T-shirt, catering to different consumer needs.
